摘　　要：通过对控费政策实施5年多的实践效果分析,显示政策有效控制了医疗费用的过快增长,实现与社会经济增长的协调同步,其中药费控制力度大于总量控制力度。Based on the effect evaluation of policy for five and half years, the paper shows that the increasing rate of medical expenditure was controlled successfully with the growth of economy. And the increasing rate of drug expenditure was controlled more apparently than gross expenditure.
