摘 要:针对叠层复合材料的微小孔加工 ,提出了阶跃式多元变参数振动钻削新方法 .在钻入、钻中、交互区和钻出的多区段钻削模型基础上 ,分析了交互区的分厚切削特性、自然分屑特性和多倍分离断屑特性 .以入钻定位误差、孔扩量、出口毛刺高度作为钻削过程质量评价指标 ,进行了多元正交多项式回归优化试验 .结果表明 ,阶跃式多元变参数振动钻削显著提高了孔的加工精度 。A novel method of step multi-element varying-parameter vibration drilling was proposed for micro-hole machining of laminated composite materials. Based on the model of multi-zone vibration drilling including the entrance zone, midst zone, reciprocal zone and exit zone, it is pointed out that the reciprocal zone has the characteristics of thickness-separated cutting, natural chip-separated and multiply separated chip-breaking. The deflation of drill point, the error of the pore diameter and the height of burrs are regarded as evaluating targets of machining accuracies. Optimization experiments of multi-element orthogonal polynomial regression were carried out. The experimental results indicate that machining accuracies are improved obviously according to the present method, so it is an effective optimization method for the micro-hole machining of laminated composite materials.
