摘  要:分别以云南某地高铁铝土矿及其浮选除铁后得到的选后矿为主要原料,采用不同的配料方案,再加入辅料经制粒、烧结等工序制备了不同含铁量的铝矾土质石油压裂支撑剂,并通过考察产品的体密度、破碎率、物相组成和微观形貌等研究Fe元素含量对其石油压裂支撑性能的影响。研究表明,随着铁含量的增加,支撑剂样品中刚玉相逐渐减少,玻璃相逐渐增加,刚玉相的支撑骨架作用减弱,因而样品的最小破碎率先逐渐增大,达到最大值后又大致保持不变,且相应最小破碎率的烧结温度逐渐降低。High-iron bauxite produced in Yunnan province and its flotation mine for iron removal were applied to prepare samples of oil fracturing proppant as main raw materials,respectively. Different experimental proposals were implemented to ensure that the samples contained different iron content by granulating and sintering process.The influence of Fe content on the properties of oil fracturing proppant was studied by investigating the bulk density,breakage ratio,phase composition and microstructure of the products.The results indicate that with the increase of iron content,the composition of corundum phase in the proppant sample gradually decreases,but glass phase gradually increases,the skeleton supporting role of the corundum phase weakens,thus the value of the minimum breakage ratio gradually increases to maximum first,then roughly remains unchanged,and the sintering temperature gradually decreases when the proppant sample reaches minimum breakage ratio.
