摘  要:为了提高综采工作面末采贯通时挂网质量,以补连塔煤矿7m大采高22305综采工作面末采贯通为例,从打锚索施工、穿钢丝绳、运输柔性网、工作面挂网等方面研究了综采工作面末采贯通双向提升柔性网挂网新工艺,与传统挂网工艺相比,降低了贯通材料费用,减少了贯通时间,为提高大采高工作面贯通质量和效果创造有利条件,同时对其他煤矿综采工作面顺利贯通提供指导和借鉴。In order to improve the mesh hanging during terminal mining cutting through of fully mechanized working face,taking the 7m high cutting 22305 fully mechanized working face as engineering background,a new bidirectional flexible mesh hanging process is studied for terminal mining cutting through of fully-mechanized working face,from anchor cable construction,wire rope installation,flexible mesh transport,and mesh hanging in working face,etc.,which requires less material costs and construction time,creating favorable conditions to improve the cutting through quality and effect for high cutting working face,offering references for other coal mines.
