摘 要:在拓展TAM模型视角下,基于冷链相关企业调查数据,运用偏最小二乘法(PLS)考察鲜活农产品冷链物流中物联网采纳的影响因素。研究发现:感知易用性、网络外部性、感知兼容性是物联网采纳意愿最重要的影响因素,而感知有用性的影响作用却不显著;感知易用性对于感知有用性具有促进作用,二者的改善均有赖于网络外部性的提高,但是感知兼容性仅仅提升了感知易用性;由于缺乏规范的设备市场、成熟的应用方案与评估体系,不同企业的感知成本呈现离散性,难以成为感知有用性与采纳意愿的驱动因素。From the extended TAM model perspective,this paper examines the influencing factors for adoption of internet of things in cold-chain logistics for fresh agricultural products taking advantage of PLS model,based on the data form cold-chain related enterprises through questionnaire survey. The results show that perceived ease of use,netw ork externalities,and perceived compatibility have a significant positive effect on w illingness to adopt the internet of things,but the impact of perceived usefulness on w illingness to adopt the internet of things is not obvious. Perceived ease of use has a significant positive effect on perceived usefulness,and both of them are affected by netw ork externality positively w hile perceived compatibility affects positively perceived ease of use only. Due to the lack of mature device market,application solution and evaluation system,the perceived cost of different enterprises is discrete,so it can not become the driver of perceived usefulness and adoption w illingness.
