基于个体视角的社会创业领域选择差异研究

摘　　要：基于社会创业机会识别的过程理论,利用定性和定量相结合的内容分析法对阿育王官方网站的数据进行筛选、整理,实证检验社会创业者个人与社会创业领域选择差异的关系。结果表明:男性社会创业者和女性社会创业者受经济性和社会性动机驱动的强弱不同;社会创业者的生活经历、工作经历、教育背景和商业创业经历均对社会创业领域选择差异具有显著影响,而社会创业者公益经历对此无显著影响。Based on the theory of the social entrepreneurship opportunity recognition,collecting and analyzing dates on the netw ork of Ashoka via the content analysis,this article demonstrates the relationship betw een the social entrepreneurship fields and the social entrepreneur. The results of this paper draw up conclusions as follow ing : ⑴ The effect of the economic motivation and the social motivation differs in gender.⑵ The field of the social entrepreneurship are closely relative to the life experience,professional background,education background and the experience of the entrepreneurship,w hile the experience of the public activities has no significant relationships w ith it.
