摘 要:比较无侧根突变体RM1 0 9和原品种大力根琥珀酸脱氢酶 (SDH)的活性发现 :RM1 0 9为大力的 60 %~ 70 % ,还原剂处理下大力的SDH活性显著增加 ,而RM1 0 9无变化。RM1 0 9的该酶受单显性基因控制。RM1 0 9对NAA、TIBA的耐性明显增加 ,对H2 O2 的耐性明显下降。结果表明This paper reports the characteristics of a 2,4\|D resistance mutant,altered lateral root,RM109,which is deficient in SDH(succinate dehydrogenase)activity.The SDH activity of RM109 was 60%~70% of that the wild type.Oochikara,roots is treated with reducer NADPH,NADH and FAD,the SDH activity of RM109 were lower than Oochikara.Genetic analysis in the F\-1 and F\-2 indicated that SDH activity in the mutant was transmitted by a single dominant nuclear gene.The observations of resistance to plant hormone,TIBA and H\-2O\-2 showed that the resistance to 2,4\|D,NAA,TIBA and H\-2O\-2 with RM109 were 12,8,6 and 0\^24 times of those with Oochikara, respectively.These results indicated that the mutant was deficient in oxidation deoxidize metabolism.
