摘　　要：图书馆基金会的宗旨是以弘扬传图书馆事业的公益为目的,图书馆基金会的主要工作和使命是聚集和综合当前时期对公共文化事业的强有力的社会力量,激发公共图书馆事业的繁荣,研究欠发达地区县级公共图书馆基金会的监督模式,探索建构客观公证的基金监督模式,保护和发扬捐赠人的积极性,并最大限度地发挥基金效益。The purpose of public libraries and cultural that library foundation propagated, the main tasks and responsibilities of integrating the social forces that interested in cultural undertakings in new era, research on supervision mode about the library foundation of the county public library foundation in the poor regions, explored and constructed objective notary about supervision mode of the fund, protected and promoted donors positive mental attitude, and maximized the funds benefit.
