摘　　要：目的　探讨 Beckman CX5和日立 71 70 S全自动生化分析仪五项酶测定结果一致性的方法。方法　分别使用定标液、质控品和病人的新鲜混合血清为材料 ,通过增加校正因子 ,共同校正 Beckman CX5和日立 71 70 S两系统测定结果。结果　实验表明 ,Beckman CX5和日立 71 70 S两系统经过校正 ,对比测定病人的混合血清 ,再增加校正因子 ,使两系统五项酶类测定结果保持高度一致性。结论　由于条件所限 ,不能实现仪器、试剂、定标质控三统一的情况下 ,可以通过增加校正因子实现 Beckman CX5和日立 71 70 S两系统五项酶测定结果的一致性 。Objective To stuby the method making determination results five kinde of enzyme have coherence.Methods Between CX 5 and 7170S to use calibration,control and patients'fresh combined serum as materials,to calibrate the determination results of the two systems by adding calibration factor.Results The results indicateol that the two systems of Beckman CX 5 and Hitachi 7170S were after being calibrated.To determine patients'combined serum contrastinely,by adding calibration factor,to make the two systems'determination results of five kinds of enzyme had higher coherence.Conclution Not to carry out the unification among instruments,reagents,calibrations and controls,because of the limited conditions,use may carry out the coherence of the cletermination results of five kinds of enzyme in the two systems by adding calibraling factor.To be able to satisfy clinical need.
