死胎肺组织中HBVDNA表达与乙型肝炎产妇静脉血HBV复制状态的关系

摘　　要：目的　研究死胎肺组织中HBVDNA表达与乙型肝炎产妇静脉血中HBV复制状态的关系。方法　采集40例乙型肝炎产妇产下的死胎 ,取肺组织。采用原位分子杂交法 ,检测肺组织中的HBVDNA ;用ELISA法检测产妇产前静脉血中的HBVM。结果　死胎肺组织中HBVDNA的检出率为 80 0 %。产妇静脉血中HBV不同复制状态与其所产死胎肺组织中HBVDNA的阳性率间的线性趋势有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1 )。HBVDNA颗粒在肺泡上皮细胞浆中、肺泡囊、肺泡管、细支气管表面、肺血管中呈点、灶状分布 ,少数在肺泡上皮细胞核上。结论　死胎肺组织中有HBV复制 ;产妇静脉血中HBV复制越活跃 。Objective To study the relation of expression of HBVDNA in lung tissues of the fetal death with HBV replication status in the veins of the pregnant woman with Hepatitis B.Methods 40 cases of fetal death collected were made the autopsy for lung tissues and detected HBVDNA with in situ molecule hybridization technique.Investigating the detection of HBVM in the mother veins before delivery.To analyze the relation of the expression of HBVDNA in the lung tissues of the fetal death with the HBV replication status in the veins of the pregnant woman.Results For the lung tissues,there were 80 0%(32/40 cases)detected out HBVDNA.When the HBV was high,low and without replication status,it was 94 0%(15/16 cases),80 0%(16/20 cases) and 25 0%(1/4 cases)for the rate of HBVDNA in the lung tissues.For the rate of HBVDNA,there was significant difference among the different replication status (P<0 01).HBVDNA were mainly on the alveolar sac,alveolar duct,bronchiole and in the alveolar cells plasma,pulmonic vessel,and fewness in the alveolar cells nuclei.Conclusion There were HBV replication in the lung tissues of fetal death.The more active the HBV replication status in the veins of pregnant woman was,the more high the positive rate of HBVDNA in the lung tissues of the fetal death was.
