保定市社区卫生服务项目成本测算与分析

摘　　要：目的　明确保定市社区卫生服务成本。方法　随机抽取了保定市北市区和新市区 6个社区卫生服务中心及 2个社区卫生服务站 ,回顾性调查了 2 0 0 0年度提供社区卫生服务过程中物资、劳务的消耗情况和各类社区卫生服务项目的数量 ,以及对从事预防保健医务人员的工作内容及其所用时间进行一周的追踪调查 ,应用医疗服务项目成本测算方法对社区卫生服务项目的成本进行测算。结果　社区卫生服务总成本中劳务成本占 80 1 5 % ,固定资产折旧和维修成本占 1 0 51 %。社区卫生服务中临床类服务的成本约占 50 0 0 %。结论　进一步满足居民的社区卫生服务需求 ,提高社区卫生服务效率 ,是降低社区卫生服务成本的有效途径。Objective To identify the cost price of community health service items of Baoding City.Methods Six community health service centers and two service stations of Beishi district and Xinshi district in Baoding City were sampled randomly.The condition of supplies and labor services,quantity of different type community health service items,working content of medical workers going in for prevention and health protection and using time were investigated retrospectively for one week,the item cost of community health service was calculated by the item cost price method of medical service.Results The results showed that the labor service cost is 80 15% of the total,the clinical service cost is 50% in community health service.Conclusion To meet the requirements of residents in community health services and increase the efficiency of community healthcare organizations are effective ways to reduce the costs of community health services.
