摘　　要：本文论述了科技编辑控制信息污染的具体措施 :用著作法规范作者的引文动机 ;用计算机情报检索系统对论文查重 ;正确选择评审专家 ;This paper illustrates the concrete measures employed by scientific and technological editor:to control he information pollution;regulate the motivation of author's quotation according to copyright law;check the repetition of papers using computer information index system;choose the qualified experts for evaluation,judge the polluter information by accumulated experience of editor all-sidedly.
