IVIG治疗新生儿变异耐药菌败血症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :研究新生儿变异耐药菌败血症的有效治疗方法。方法 :将 L 型细菌培养阳性的新生儿败血症 6 2例 ,随机分为对照组、IVIG加抗生素组、单纯 IVIG组 ,观察各组治疗后体温恢复正常时间及住院时间 ,比较三种治疗方法的疗效。结果 :IVIG加抗生素组体温恢复时间及住院时间分别是 (4.1± 1.2 ) d、(9.6± 2 .0 ) d,对照组体温恢复时间及住院时间分别是 (9.4± 2 .5 ) d、(15 .8± 2 .8) d,两组比较差异有非常显著性 (t分别是 4 .2 5、3.6 5 ,P均 <0 .0 1)。单纯 IVIG组体温恢复时间及住院时间分别是 (6 .1± 1.8) d、(11.4± 2 .3) d,与对照组比较差异有显著性 (t分别是 2 .34、2 .6 1,P均 <0 .0 5 )。 IVIG加抗生素组体温恢复时间及住院时间与单纯 IVIG组比较差异有显著性 (t分别是 2 .2 5 ,P均 <0 .0 5 )。结论 :IVIG联合应用抗生素及单纯应用 IVIG治疗新生儿变异耐药菌败血症均有可靠疗效 ,尤以Objective:To explore the effective treatment for the newborn with hemaosepsis of the aberranced drug resistance bacteriaMethods:62 cases of the newborn with hematosepsis whose cultured bacteria(Type L)was positive were at random divided into groups of contrast.IVIG with antibiotics and pure antibiotie to observe the normal time of the recovering temperature of their body and the time of their staying in hospital and to compare the courative effect with the three approaches.Results:The time of the recovering temperature of their body and the time of their staying in hospital for the group of IVIG with antibiotics were(4 1±1 2)d and (9 6±2 0) d separately.and those of the contrasting group (9 4±2 5)d and (15 8±2 8) d separately, in which the diference between the two was remarkable(t,4 25,3 65, P <0 01),The time of the recovering temperature of their body and the time of their staying in hospital for the group with pure antibioties were (6 1±1 8)d and (11 4±2 3)d separately,the difference of this compared with contrasting group was notable(t,2 34,2 61, P <0 05);and the difference between those of group of IVIG with antibioties and the group with pure antibioties were significant (t,2,2 50, P <0 05)Conclusion:Combining IVIG with antibioties and pure IVIG are reliable in treating the newborn with hematosepsis of the aberranced drug resistance bacterin,the program of combining IVIG with antibioties in much better.
