摘　　要：树枝状聚合物是一种人工合成的新型纳米材料 ,以其独特的结构和性能在生物医学领域受到了日益广泛的关注。作为一种新型非生物载体 ,其安全、高效、无毒 ,在药物输送、基因转移和医疗诊断等方面具有广阔的应用前景。Dentritic polymers (dendrimers) are belonging to a special class of synthetic nanostructures,which have attracted considerable attention in pharmaceutical and biomedicinal chemestry particularly.Their accurately controlled structures and unique physical and chemical properties have demonstrated great versatilities in many life science application.This review briefly discusses dendrimers used as a novel macromolecular vector for safety,high bioavailability and low mammalian toxicity,and their potential applications in drug delivery system and as gene delivery agents and magnetic resonance imaging agents.\;
