非硅氧漂稳定剂在亚麻粗纱煮漂工艺中的应用研究

摘　　要：为解决亚麻粗纱化学煮漂工艺中存在的成纱质量差、硅垢多等问题,拟寻找能够替代硅酸纳的非硅氧漂稳定剂。通过实验分析国内外二十几种此类助剂,筛选出四种效果较好的助剂。经实际生产应用,使亚麻纱质量得到提高,同时解决了产生硅垢的问题。In order to solve the question of bad formation quality and more silicone dirt in rove boiling and bleaching process of linen, we were going to find out the non-silicone oxidation bleaching stabilizer instead of sodium silicate. By test analysing twenty odd kinds of agents home and abroad, sieving four kinds of more effective agents. Through active production, improving the quality of linen yarns and solving the question of silicone dirt at the same time.
