三氯异氰尿酸复方消毒剂杀菌效果的试验观察

摘　　要：由三氯异氰尿酸、酒石酸、苯甲酸钠制成的白色泡腾片,含有效氯39.58％（g/g）,易溶于水。为了解其杀菌效果,进行了载体定量杀菌试验及擦拭消毒物体表面与手的试验。结果,用其含有效氯100mg/L溶液（pH6.0）对布片上大肠杆菌作用1min,以其含有效氯1000mg/L溶液（pH6.5）对布片上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用15min,平均杀灭率均为99.99％;前者作用3min,后者作用30min,杀灭率均为100％。用其含有效氯100mg/L溶液擦拭桌面、台面、电话机与人员手后作用3min,可使自然菌减少≥90.00％。该复方杀菌效果较好。The white effervescent tablet composed of trichloroisocyanuric acid, tartaric acid and sodium benzoate contains available chlorine 39.58% (g/ g) and is easily soluble in water. In order to know its germicidal efficacy, quantitative carrier germicidal test, lest for disinfection of object surfaces and hand by wipe were carried out. The results showed that the average killing rates of Escherichia coli on cloth strip exposed to its solulion conlaining available chlorine 100 mg/ L (pH 6.0) for 1 min and Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores on clolh slrip exposed lo its solulion conlaining available chlorine 1 000 mg/ L (pH 6.5) for 15 min were 99.99%. When the exposure time of the former was 3 min and that of the laller was 30 min, the killing rales were 100%. When ils solulion conlaining available chlorine 100 mg/ L was used lo wipe the surfaces of table, desk and lelephone and hands for 3 min, the nalural microorganisms were decreased by ≥90.00%. Therefore, this compound disinfeclanl has good germicidal efficacy.
