小型医疗机构消毒工作管理状况与质量的调查

摘　　要：采用填表调查与采样检测,对余姚市的村卫生室、个体诊所和单位医务室消毒工作管理状况及质量进行了调查。结果,三者负责人学历是高中及高中以上的比例分别为21.8％、43.3％、92.3％,消毒知识熟练的负责人比例分别为2.2％、15.0％、34.6％;消毒制度建立率分别为89.3％、16.7％、46.2％;压力蒸汽灭菌器配置率分别为48.0％、10.0％、53.8％;对小型医疗器械实施消毒与灭菌的单位比例分别为93.3％、98.3％、88.5％,消毒与灭菌合格率分别为99、6％、100％、95、7％。因此,应加强对上述医疗单位有关人员进行消毒知识与技术培训,督促建立健全消毒制度与配置消毒设施,加强对其消毒工作的监督监测。Questionaire and sample examination were used to survey the status of administration and quality of disinfection work in village health stations, private clinics and infirmaries of institutions. The results showed that the responsible persons with formal schooling of senior middle school or higher in these 3 kinds of units accounted for 21.8%, 43.3% and 92.3%respectively, the responsible persons familiar with disinfection knowledge accounted for 2.2%, 15.0% and 34.6% respectively, the units with established disinfection regime accounted for 89.3%, 16.7% and 46.2% respectively, the units equipped with autoclave accounted for 48.0%, 10.0% and 53.8% respectively, the units implementing disinfection and sterilization of small medical instruments accounted for 93.3%, 98.3% and 88.5% respectively and the eligible rates of disinfection and sterilization were 99.6%, 100% and 95.7% respectively. Therefore, training of the related persons with disinfection knowledge and techniques should be enhanced, perfect disinfection regime should be established and disinfection facilities should be equipped in these medical units, and supervision and monitoring of the disinfection work in these units should be strengthened.
