经脐右侧置入腹腔镜行胆囊切除术的体会(附380例报告)

摘　　要：目的 :探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术 (LC)中改善腹腔镜视野的方法。方法 :回顾总结腹腔镜手术 380例的临床资料。结果 :380例腹腔镜手术中 ,90例用经脐右侧置入腹腔镜的方法 ,2 90例用经脐上或脐下切口。用经脐右侧置入腹腔镜的方法改善了手术视野 ,无 1例切口感染 ,切口美容效果和脐上或脐下切口一样令人满意。结论Objective:To explore a method of improving the field of vision in laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) Methods:Retrospectively analysis was made on 380 cases of laparoscopic operation Results:90 cases were operated by inserting laparoscope through the right side of umbilicus and the other cases through the upper or lower side of umbilicus The measure of inserting laparoscope through the right side of umbilicus widened field of vision in operation There was no incision infection in the 90 cases The right side incisions had the same satisfying cosmetic effect as the other 290 cases Conclusions:The field of vision in laparoscopic cholecystectomy can be effectively widened by inserting laparoscope through the right side of umbilicus
