脑脉通胶囊对急性脑梗死患者血清一氧化氮影响及其临床疗效的研究

摘　　要：目的　 观察脑脉通胶囊对治疗急性脑梗死 (Acutecerebralinfarction ,ACI)血清NO水平的影响及其临床疗效。方法　对确诊为ACI的 130名患者随机分为 2组 ,治疗组 6 6例 ,用脑脉通胶囊配合西药治疗 ;对照组 6 4例 ;采用单纯西药疗法。对两组的疗效进行比较。结果　 治疗组治疗后血清NO比治疗前和对照组治疗后明显升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,血液流变学、血脂较治疗前和对照组治疗后明显下降 (P <0 .0 1) ;治疗组总有效率为 93.94 % ,对照组总有效率为 78.13% ,治疗组疗效优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　 脑脉通胶囊能提高ACI患者血清NO水平 。Objective To observe the effect of Naomaitong capsules on the content of nitric oxide in the serum of patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI) and its curative effects in clinical application.Methods 130 cases of ACI were randomly divided into Group One consisting of 66 patients treated with Naomaitorg capsules as well as some western medicine and Group Two consisting of 64 patients treated only with some western medicine.Results The content of nitric oxide in the serum in Group One after treatment was found higher than that before treatment in Group One and that after treatment in Group Two (P<0.01),while the content of blood lipid decreased greatly compared with that before treatment in Group One and that after treatment in Group Two (P<0.01).The total effective rates in Group One and Group Two were 93.94% and 78.13% respectively (P< 0.01) .Conclusion Naomaitong capsules can be used to effectively increase the content of nitric oxide in the serum of patients with ACI and have good curative effect on ACI.
