本体论视域下西方三权分立体制批判与中国制度自信研究

摘　　要：通过对西方三权分立体制的本体论分析,表明基于"人性阴暗意识的不正确性、政治普世价值的不完全性、权力分立制衡的不完善性、竞争政党制度的不科学性"四个维度构建的三权分立体制并不是想象的那么完美。同时指出要推进中国特色社会主义事业,实现中国国家治理体系和治理能力的现代化,就必须认清西方政治制度的体制性弊端,打破对西方国家的体制和道路崇拜,增强发展中国特色社会主义民主政治体制的制度自信。Through ontological analysis of the separation of powers system in the western,this article suggested that the separation of powers system which based on four dimensions 'the correctness of dark consciousness of humanity,the incompleteness of political universal values,the imperfect of separation of powers,checks and balances and the competition of the political party system is not scientific'is not so perfect as the imagination. At the same time,this article pointed out that promoting the career of socialism with Chinese characteristics and realizing the modernization of China 's national management system and management ability need to identify the institutional drawbacks of western political system,to break the worship of the western system and road,and to strengthen the development of socialist democratic political system with Chinese characteristics of the system.
