葛根芩连汤不同制法对葛根素含量的影响

摘　　要：目的 :考察用煎药机与传统方法制得葛根芩连汤汤剂中 ,葛根素含量的变化。方法 :采用HypersilC1 8(5 μm,ID 4.6× 2 5 0mm )分析柱 ,流动相为甲醇 水 (3 0∶70 ) ,柱温 2 5℃ ,流速 1ml·min- 1 ,检测波长 2 5 0nm。结果 :采用传统方法煎煮得到的葛根芩连汤中 ,葛根素的含量为 166.97mg;采用煎药机煎制得的葛根芩连汤中 ,葛根素的含量为 112 .70。结论 :采用传统方法煎煮制得的汤剂中 。OBJECTIVE To investigate the content change of puerarin in Gegenqinlian Decoctions (composed of Puerariae, Scutellariae and Coptidis) prepared by decoction machine and by traditional method. METHODS The HPLC method was used for the determination. Chromatographic conditions: Hypersil C 18 column( 5 μm ,ID 4.6 × 250 mm ),methanol water(30∶70) as mobile phase, the wavelenth was 250 nm .RESULTS The content was 166.97 mg in the decoction made by traditional method, 112.70 mg in the decoction by the decoction machine. CONCLUSIONS The content of puearin in the decoction made by traditional method is higher than that in the decoction made by the decoction machine.
