树、大鼠、豚鼠正中隆起后叶加压素样神经纤维的分布

摘　　要：目的 :观察加压素样神经纤维 (VP -IR)在树鼠句、大鼠、豚鼠正中隆起的分布并探讨VP -IR在正中隆起分布的种属差异及其意义 .方法 :应用免疫组织化学技术PAP法观察树鼠句、大鼠、豚鼠正中隆起加压素样神经纤维 (VP -IR)的分布 .结果 :3种动物正中隆起的内带均有VP -IR纤维的分布并有种属差异性 ;VP -IR样神经纤维除在内带有分布以外 ,在外带也有分布 .结论The distribution of vasopressin(VP) immunoreactive fibers in the median eminence of the tree shrew, rat and guinea pig was examined by immunocytochemical PAP technique. The results showed that there were species differences in the distribution of VP immunoreactive fibers in the zona externa except for zona interna in the median eminence of three kinds of animals. It suggests that VP may play some role in the portal capillaries.
