神经外科术后病人低钠血症27例的诊治

摘　　要：目的 :探讨神经外科病人术后低钠血症的诊断及治疗方案 .方法 :神经外科手术治疗患者 413例 ,术后每天监测血电解质 ,发现 2 7例 (6 5 % )于术后 1～ 8d出现低钠血症 .参考中心静脉压 (CVP)选择治疗方案 .结果 :治疗 1～ 5d后血钠均恢复正常 ,症状缓解 .结论Objective: To study diagnosis and treatment of postoperational hyponutremia in neurosurgery patients. Methods: In 413 neurosurgical patients, 27 cases of postoperational hyponutremia were detected in 1 to 8 days postoperation serum electrolyte assays. Treatment were adjusted to central venus pressure in patient monitoring. Results: Serum natrium returned to normal value 1 to 5 days after initiating treatment and symptoms subsided. Conclusion: Treatment adjusted to central venous pressure is effective for postoperational hyponutremia.
