摘　　要：目的　了解上海市社区居民健康状况和医疗卫生服务需求情况。方法　采用问卷调查方法对凉城社区 113 0名中老年居民进行问卷调查和体格检查。结果　 2 1种慢性病患病人数 783人 ,患病率为 69.3 % ,排首位是高血压 ,达 43 .4%。近一年中 ,居民到门诊就诊占 75 .8% ,住院占 3 8.7%。 42 .4%的调查对象选择市 (区 )级医院看病。对目前医疗卫生服务满意达 87.5 % ,诊疗费高是不满意的最主要原因。结论　社区卫生服务有待进一步完善 。Objective To understand the health status and health service demand among part of middle and old residents in Shanghai. Methods 1?130 middle and old age residents in Hong Kou District were under investigation as study population. Qustionnaire method and physical examinations were carried out.Results There were 21 kinds of chronic diseases among 783 residents,prevalence rate of chronic disease was 69.3%. Hypertension had the highest prevalence rate (43.4%). 75.8% of patients had had outpatient calls. 38.7% of patients had been hospitalized in a year. 42.4% of residents chosed hospitals of city or district grade. The most people were satisfied with their medical treatments and health service. The main reason of dissatisfaction was the high cost of medicatuon.Conclusion Emphasis of community health service should be paid attention to health care of the old.
