中草药924抗菌效果的实验研究

摘　　要：目的　研究中草药 92 4对常见致病菌体外的杀菌效果。　方法　采取液体稀释法和琼脂扩散法测定共杀灭细菌的 MIC、MBC。　结果　中草药 92 4对 6 4株菌株的杀灭效果的 MIC、MBC结果如下 :对解脲脲原体、绿脓杆菌、枯草芽胞杆菌、大肠埃希氏菌、志贺氏菌、产气肠杆菌、表皮葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白假丝酵母菌的 MIC分别为 8～ 16 ,16～ 12 8,16～ 32 ,32～ 12 8,32～ 12 8,32～ 2 5 6 ,32～ 12 8,6 4～ 2 5 6和无效 ,其 MBC为 4～ 8,8～ 32 ,16 ,16～ 32 ,16 ,16～ 32 ,32～ 6 4 ,6 32～ 6 4倍和无效。　结论　中草药 92 4对 8种菌均有一定杀灭作用 。Objective To confirm the anti bacteria effect of the new Chinese herbal medicine 924 in vitro. Methods To test out the number of MIC and MBC of this microorganism by tube dilution and diffusion methods. Result The MIC on U.urealyticum,P.aerugmosa,B.subtilis, E.coli, Sh.dysenteriae E.aerogenes,S.epidermidis and S. albicans is 8～16, 16～128, 16～32, 32～128, 32～128, 32～256, 32～128 and 64～256 respectively. The MBC on them is 4～8, 8～32, 16, 16～32, 16,32,16～32, 32～64, 32～64.The MIC and MBC on S.albicans are unavailable. Conclusion Chinese herbal medicine 924 has a certain killing effect to eight of the experimental pathogen microorganism, but it is not effective to S.albicans.
