摘　　要：首先介绍大城市管治理论 ,然后分析改革开放以来中国大城市管治方式转变的内在机制。并指出 ,中国大城市管治正朝着“多中心”管治方式转变 ,“撤县并区”Based on the introduction of basic principles of metropolitan governance, this paper analyses the internal mechanism of transition of metropolitan governance in China since the open door policy was adopted. It points out that such kind of transition is characterized with multi-center governance. The paper also suggests that attention be paid to the collaboration between city and county while implementing the strategy of merging counties into city districts.
