摘 要:对铸态及完全人工时效处理的ZL10 4合金在 5 %NaCl盐雾介质中的耐腐蚀性进行了研究。采用扫描电镜 (SEM ) ,能量散射谱 (EDS)及红外光谱 (IR)等手段对材料不同状态下的组织及表面腐蚀产物进行了分析。结果表明 ,在腐蚀初始阶段 ,经细化和变质处理后的样品最先开始腐蚀 ,而未经处理的样品最后开始腐蚀 ,只经细化处理的样品居中。随着腐蚀时间的延长 ,上述样品的耐蚀性发生变化。经 44h以上的连续腐蚀后 ,上述样品的腐蚀速率趋于稳定。此时 ,未经细化和变质的样品具有最大的腐蚀深度和面积 ,而经细化加变质处理的样品耐蚀性最佳。红外分析表明腐蚀产物由含羟基的化合物组成。The corrosion behavior of ZL104 alloy at different states (as cast and heat treatment) during salt spray corrosion (SSC) was studied. The results show that the sample treated after refinement and modification has the least corrosive resistance compared with the sample bearing as cast structure at the beginning of the corrosion. As the corrosion process continues, however, the trend reverses itself. After 44 h of continuous corrosion, the corrosive rates of all samples tend to be stable. After experiments, the sample bearing as cast structure has the most corrosive products on the surface whereas the sample being refined and modified had the least products. The Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) analyses of the corrosion products show that the products are composed of hydroxyl containing substances.
