摘　　要：土壤环境质量标准是评价土壤环境质量优劣的尺度和依据,我国的环境质量标准GB15618-1995发布实施迄今已近10年,不仅已被各地广泛采用,也为有关部门制订其他国家标准或行业标准所引用,取得了很好的成果。但由于土壤的复杂性和科研工作的不足,也存在着一些不足。为此,通过对国内外环境质量标准现状的调查,探讨了现行标准存在的问题,提出了制/修订标准的新思路和建议。Environmental quality standards for soils are the foundation of soil environmental quality evaluation.With the development of the society,every country around the world has been focusing on soil environmental pollution.Accordingly,it is a imperative problem to impact the environmental quality standards for soils.China National Environmental Quality Standards for Soils have been adopted widely and quoted in establishment of relevant national or industry criterions since it was enacted approximate 10 years ago,which has proved to be fruitful.But there still exists some inappropriate context.Based on the current situation of researches on the environmental quality standards for soils at home and abroad,the existing questions on the actual environmental quality standards for soils are discussed in this paper.In addition,several recommendations are given to the formulation and revision of the environmental quality standards for soils.
