摘　　要：本文着重从思想道德、教育市场、人才流动几方面分析了入世对我国高等教育所产生的不利影响 ,并提出了对策思考 ,强调了完善教育法规对我国高等教育适应新形势的重要意义。This paper analyzes some negative influence on China's higher education from people's morality, education market, flow treed of personnel and come up with corresponding thoughts and solutions. It emphasizes the significance of consummating the education laws for the new situation.
