摘　　要：本文分析了我国民营经济的发展状况,提出制约我国民营经济发展的主要因素是融资瓶颈,并在此基础上进一步探讨了解决融资瓶颈的金融市场的创新问题。This paper analysed the current state of private economy, and identified the bottle neck factor of difficulties in financing that has restrained the development of private economy. And then the paper discussed about the solutions to the existed problems mentioned above and financial innovation.
