摘　　要：本文通过对国外成熟市场各种契约型投资基金法律关系模式的比较,提出了我国投资基金立法建议:在信托法的总体框架之下建立共同受托人法律制度。This text passes the comparison of various kinds of agreement type investmet funds legal relation modes of market of maturity in foreign countries, Have put forward the legislative suggestion ofinvestment funds of our country: Set up common trustee's lega1 system under the overall frame of Trust Law.
