摘  要:为进一步提高草地蝗虫吸捕机的性能,在内蒙古农业大学机电工程学院研制的3CHX18型草地蝗虫吸捕机基础上,对相应工作单元进行了改进设计。将风机动力源由拖拉机动力输出轴驱动改为柴油机直接驱动的独立动力传动型式,提高了机组传动效率和运行的机动性能;同时,将卸料口改进为一种螺旋输出卸料结构,使卸料更方便、快捷。样机试验表明:机组作业安全可靠,传动效率达97.6%,吸吹口气流达到目标速度,卸料装置能连续稳定输出物料,机器整体性能得到进一步提升。In order to improve the performance of the pneumatic grasshopper trapper,the corresponding unites were designed and improved based on 3CHX18 Pneumatic grasshopper trapper which was invented by Inner Mongolia Agricultural University of mechanical and electrical engineering. The centrifugal ventilator was used to be powered by tractor power take- off. Now using diesel engine to drive ventilator straightly as a new type of independent power system. The transmission efficiency and maneuverability have been improved. Take the spiral output discharge device instead of discharging port,making it more convenient than before. Experiments showed that this prototype was able to work safely and reliably,the transmission efficiency is up to 97. 6%,the speed of suck- head can achieve the target speed,the discharging device can convey materials continuously and stably,and the overall performance of this machine was greatly enhanced.
