摘 要:针对黄淮海地区和冬麦区玉米栽种特点,借鉴已有的经验,研制了4YZP-3型自走式玉米联合收获机,并介绍了整体机型、传动系统和关键部件的结构设计和技术特点。割台部分采用新型拨禾链分离装置,可将不对行玉米植株及时抓取并稳定送入到摘穗装置中;对剥皮机进行了优化设计和合理配置,大大提高了果穗剥净率,降低了籽粒破碎率和损伤率。田间试验和分析表明:其各项性能指标均符合玉米收获机行业标准,研究成果可为玉米收获机械的研究和发展提供借鉴。According to the characteristics of the huang- huai- hai region and winter wheat area corn plant,this paper has learned from the existing experience,developed the 4YZP- 3- type self- propelled corn harvester. Structural design and technical characteristics of the overall model,transmission system and the key components were mainly introduced.Picher header adopted a new conveying chain and separating device,and no- row corn plants would be timely crawled and stably fed into ear picking device. And the corn husker was optimized and reasonable configuration,it greatly improved the ear peeling rate,reduced the grain crushing rate and damage rate. Through the field testing and analysis,the performance indicators were in line with the industry standard of corn harvester. The research results can provide a reference for the research and development of corn harvester.
