摘  要:针对我国现有玉米联合收获机集成度不够、剥净率不高、生产效率较低、秸秆破碎效果差等突出问题,研制出适宜黄淮海地区不同行距的玉米机械化联合收获机。通过调研并借鉴已有技术,应用三维建模和机械优化设计理论,创制出平滑V型对置式拨禾链轮摘穗机构,确定了秸秆与装置相互作用的技术参数,分析了升运与果穗喂入量的动态关系,设计出短距集中式升运装置,发明了W型橡胶辊与铸铁辊间隔式剥皮装置,建立了玉米果穗在剥皮过程中受力情况的力学模型。集成设计出的两行自走式玉米收获机经山东省农业机械试验鉴定站检测,总损失率小于2.5%,生产率大于0.25hm2/h,摘果率高于9 5%,满足工作要求。Aiming at the existing corn harvester integrated enough,stripping is not high,the production efficiency is relatively low,the straw crushing effect difference prominent problems such as the net rate,developed a different row spacing of maize machinery suitable for Huang Huai Hai region of combine harvester. Through research and reference to the existing technology,the application of 3D modeling and optimal design of mechanical theory,create a smooth V type opposed reel sprockets snapping mechanism,technical parameters and the mutual effect of straw determined device; W type rubber roller and the cast iron roller interval type peeling device was invented,and established mechanical model of the forces ear of corn in the stripping process; Integrated design appropriate self- propelled corn harvest machine by the Shandong Province agricultural machinery testing station detection identification of 2 line,the total loss rate of less than2. 5%,the productivity is more than 0. 25 / hm2,the fruit picking rate higher than 95%,can meet the job requirements.
