摘 要:以实现机械采摘桑叶为目的,设计一款能自动实现桑叶采摘的往复式桑叶采摘机。桑叶采摘机包括往复式桑叶采摘装置、桑枝定位装置和行走装置。为了使桑叶采摘机能够准确地完成桑枝定位、顺利地进行桑叶采摘,桑枝定位装置对桑枝进行定位,行走装置带动桑叶采摘机运动至工作位置,之后由往复式桑叶采摘装置进行桑叶采摘。通过查阅文献和调查,确定桑树的生长情况,结合往复式桑叶采摘机的运动进行机械采摘桑叶的效益分析,得到机械采桑效率为422.4kg/h,采摘6.67hm2桑园所需费用为2 093元。With the purpose of picking mulberry leaves mechanically,a reciprocating picking machine which can pick mulberry leaves automatically was designed. In order to locate ramulus moris' positioning accurately and pick mulberry leaves smoothly,the reciprocating picking device,the ramulus mori locating device and the walking device formed a reciprocating picking machine. The ramulus mori locating device located ramulus moris,the walking device drove the mulberry leaf picking machine movement to work position,and then mulberry leaves were picked by the reciprocating picking device. The growth of mulberry was understood by literature and investigation,analyzed the efficiency and benefit of picking mulberry leaves by machine. The efficiency of picking mulberry leaves by machine was 422.4kg / h,the cost of picking 100 mu of mulberry field was 2093 Yuan. It has been provide the theoretical reference for picking mulberry leaves mechanically.
