摘 要:为优化水稻钵盘精量播种机有关参数及提高播种性能,利用水稻钵盘精量播种机,通过二次正交旋转回归分析,分别以水稻品种为空育131(短粒)、垦鉴3号(长粒)为研究对象,建立了型孔直径、型孔厚度、种箱速度与性能指标间的非线性回归模型。结果表明:水稻品种为短粒时,对播种合格率和损伤率影响的主次因素均为型孔直径、型孔厚度、种箱速度;当水稻品种为长粒时,影响播种合格率和损伤率的主次因素不同,分别为型孔厚度、种箱速度、型孔直径(长粒)和型孔直径、种箱速度、型孔厚度(长粒),确定较优参数组合为10mm、4mm和0.2 9 0 m/s(短粒);1 1 mm、4 mm和0.2 4 0 m/s(长粒)。此时,播种合格率9 4.8 1%、损伤率0.4 7 9%(短粒);播种合格率95.37%、损伤率0.368%(长粒)。研究结果可为水稻钵盘精量播种机设计与性能改进提供依据。In order to optimize the parameters of the rice Bowl-dish precise seeder to improve the plant performance,the three factors five levels quadratic orthogonal rotational regression experiment has been conducted by using rice bowl-dish precise seeder,studying the effect on seeding rate and the damage rate by the shaped hole diameter,shaped hole thickness,seed box speed. Empty test is commonly used in Heilongjiang province rice varieties kongyu131( long grain) and kenjian3( short grain),The results shows that the order of factors affecting rice seeding rate is the type of hole diameter,shaped hole thickness,seed box speed( short grain),shaped hole thickness,seed box speed,the type of hole diameter( long grain); the order of factors affecting rice injury rate is the type of hole diameter,shaped hole thickness,seed box speed( short grain),the type of hole diameter,seed box speed,shaped hole thickness( long grain). The result including more optimal parameters( the type of hole diameter is 10 mm,shaped hole thickness 4mm; seed box speed 0. 290 m / s( short grain) and the type of hole diameter is 11 mm,shaped hole thickness 4mm; seed box speed 0.240 m /s( long grain) respectively) and performance indicators( the seeding rate is 94.81%; damage rate 0.479%( short grain) and the seeding rate is 95.37%; damage rate 0.368%( long grain)) provide the basis for design and performance improvement of bowl-dish precision seeder.
