摘  要:针对水稻植质钵育秧盘的结构特点,设计了一种秧针部件,并分析了其结构特点和工作原理。以洋马VP6型高速插秧机为机型,在不改变原机通用性的情况下,选择秧针部件的3个切割角度为主要因素,以秧针部件取秧力、切块体积为指标,设计正交试验。由此为得到秧针的结构参数最佳组合和后续的试验精确性提供了依据,从而保证了栽植质量。For the structure characteristics of rice boards planting quality,a kind of seedling needle parts is designed,the structure characteristics and working principle are analyzed. The Yang Ma VP6 is been the type of high- speed transplanter for models. In the cases of being not changed about the original machine general,the seedling needle parts of three cutting angles are the main factors. Rail force of seeding needle parts and cutting volume are as the indicators. The orthogonal experiment is designed. For getting the structure parameters optimal combination of the seedling needle and providing the basis for subsequent test accuracy,the quality of planting is been sure.
