摘  要:锤片式揉碎机作为一种重要的秸秆饲料加工机械而被广泛地应用在饲料生产作业中。为此,基于有限元软件ANSYS Workbench,对揉碎机转子和机壳进行静力学和模态分析。静力学分析结果表明:揉碎机转子的危险截面主要集中在主轴键槽和轴承颈附近,且最大应力远小于许用应力。模态分析结果表明:由于转子正常工作时的临界转速远大于轴正常工作时的转速,不会引起共振,符合设计要求。机壳的模态分析可确定其模态频率范围,通过优化其结构避免外界激振频率与固有频率接近。通过ANSYS Workbench对揉碎机结构进行有限元分析,为揉碎机整体结构优化设计提供了理论依据。AS an important kind of feeding processing machinery,9R- 40 hammer and breaking machine feed processing machinery and is widely used in animal feed production. Main shift is one of the key parts of hammer and breaking machine,have strong requirements in terms of stiffness and strength. First of all,use Pro / E 3 d modeling,the finite element software ANSYS Workbench statics and modal analysis was carried out on the spindle. Through static analysis,obtained the normal work of the main shaft when the equivalent strain and equivalent stress,visually shows the dangerous section of rubbing mill spindle concentrated near the keyway and bearing neck,get the spindle the conclusion of the maximum stress is far less than the allowable stress. Through the modal analysis,get the normal work of the main shaft critical speed,determine the critical speed is far greater than axial speed during normal work,so does not cause resonance,comply with the design requirements. Rubbing mill spindle by ANSYS Workbench to finite element analysis,improve the analysis precision and improve the efficiency of the analysis,and provide theoretical basis for the spindle structure improved design.
