摘 要:针对于大豆收获机械的特点,采用Solid Works软件对其切割机构进行虚拟设计,将模型导入ADAMS软件中进行运动学仿真,并采用离散柔性连接件法构建大豆茎秆柔性模型,与切割机构进行联合仿真。仿真结果表明:动刀片的绝对运动为复合运动,在切割方向做往复运动,行程为76mm,最大速度为1.72m/s,证明所设计切割机构的运动状态与物理样机相符,满足设计要求;得到了大豆茎秆在切割机构作用下的一系列运动曲线,为大豆收获机械切割机构进一步的改进和优化设计提供了参考。In view of the characteristics of the soybean harvest machinery,The Solid Works software was used to virtual design of the cutting mechanism of the soybean harvest machinery. The model was exposed into the ADAMS software for the kinematics simulation. The method of discrete flexible link is used to build a flexible model of soybean stalk,then jointing simulation with cutting mechanism. Through the analysis of simulation results,absolute motion of the cutter blade is a compound motion. It does reciprocating motion in cutting direction,its stroke is 76 mm and the maximum speed is1. 72 m / s,proving that the motion state of the designed cutting mechanism is consistent with the physical prototype and meets the design requirements. From the results,a series of motion curves of soybean stalk under the action of cutting mechanism are got,providing the reference for further improvement and optimization design of the cutting mechanism of soybean harvest machinery.
