摘　　要：针对红外辐射涂料在不同基体表面上应用时出现的涂层易脱落问题 ,采用正交实验设计对不同配方的过渡金属氧化物系红外辐射涂料进行了涂层高温抗热震性实验研究。优化配方制得的红外辐射涂料既适用于 1Cr18Ni9Ti金属基体又适用于耐火材料基体 ;与国外相关产品相比 ,其抗热震性能更佳。To solve the falling off problem of infrared radiant coating when used on different bases of industrial furnace, the experimental study on thermal shock resistance of transitional metal oxides series infrared radiant coatings with different formulations was conducted using orthogonal experimental design.The coating prepared according to the optimized formulation has better thermal shock resistance compared with the similar product from abroad and could be used both on 1Cr18Ni9Ti metal base and refractories base.
