摘  要:以电熔镁砂和烧结镁铝尖晶石为原料 ,以TiO2 、ZrO2 、Al2 O3 和Fe2 O3 组成复合添加剂进行正交实验 ,测定了试样的体积密度和耐压强度 ,对实验数据进行了正交直观分析 ,并对试样进行了XRD分析和SEM分析。结果发现 :添加剂影响耐压强度的顺序为TiO2 >ZrO2 >Fe2 O3 >Al2 O3 ;试样的主晶相为方镁石 ,次晶相为尖晶石 ,同时还有少量玻璃相 ;试样的大小颗粒均与基质结合紧密 ,基质中有脱溶晶相 ,此晶相发育良好。Fused magnesite and sintered magnesia-alumina spinel as main starting materials and TiO 2?ZrO 2?Al 2O 3 and Fe 2O 3 as composite additives were used to prepare the sample in the orthogonal experiment.The bulk density and cold crushing strength(CCS) of the sample were measured,and the experimental datas were analyzed by orthogonal analysis means.The phase composition and microstructure of the sample were analyzed respectively by XRD and SEM.The results show that the order of the additives influencing the CCS from strong to weak is TiO 2,ZrO 2, Fe 2O 3 and Al 2O 3; The main crystalline phase of the sample is periclase and the spinel was the secondary crystalline phase,and also there was little glass phase; The bond between the matrix and the grains were strong,meanwhile,there is perfect precipitation phase in the matrix.
