摘 要:TRIZ创新方法是一种发明问题解决方法,可以高效地解决科学工程研究过程中存在的各种问题和矛盾。针对如何提高中子活化在线分析仪测量动态物料准确性的问题,采用TRIZ创新理论与分析工具寻求解决方案。首先建立TRIZ问题模型,然后对问题模型进行系统功能分析和因果分析,最后从技术矛盾、物理矛盾、物场模型、科学效应知识库等四个方面寻找问题解决方案。结果表明,应用TRIZ创新方法,形成了10余种提高中子活化在线分析仪测量动态物料准确性的解决方案,有效地解决了所存在问题。TRIZ innovation method is an invention problem solving method, which can effectively solve various problems and contradictions existing in the process of scientific engineering research. The TRIZ innovation theory and analytical tools are used to solve the problem of how to improve the accuracy of the dynamic material measurement by neutron activation on-line analyzer. TRIZ problem model is established first, and then the problem model is analyzed by system function analysis and causal analysis, finally the solutions are found by four tools, including the technical contradiction, physical contradictions, object-field model and scientific effect knowledge library. The results show that the method of TRIZ innovation has formed more than 10 solutions to improve the accuracy of dynamic material measurement by neutron activation on-line analyzers, and the problems are effectively solved.
