新时期高职商务英语专业创新创业型人才培养的实践探索——以潮汕职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：随着国家对"一带一路"愿景的大力推进,跨境电商得到迅猛发展,商务英语专业跨境电子商务方向人才需求量也随之增加。传统商务英语专业人才培养中存在诸多问题,未能满足企业需求,如人才培养模式跟不上时代发展、学生所学与实际企业需求脱节、双师型师资力量不足等亟待解决,这对于高职院校商务英语专业的人才培养提出了新的需求。本文针对上述问题进行研究,结合潮汕职业技术学院在此方面的探索与实践,提出新时期商务英语专业创新创业型人才培养的思路。With the strong promotion of the national vision "The Belt and Road" and the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce, the demand for cross-border e-commerce talents of Business English major also increases.Many problems exist in the traditional talent training. the author carries on research and puts forward the solution.
