创业榜样对大学生创业意向的影响研究

摘　　要：大学生已成为一支潜力无限的创业队伍,研究其创业意向有利于深化对大学生创业的探索,促进大学生创业的发展。基于计划行为理论(TPB),本文通过问卷调查和实证分析,研究了创业榜样对大学生创业意向的影响。结果表明,创业榜样与大学生的创业意向呈显著的正相关影响。College students have become an entrepreneurial team with unlimited potential.Studying their entrepreneurial intentions is conducive to deepening the exploration of college students' entrepreneurship and promoting the development of college students' entrepreneurship.Based on the theory of planned behavior(TPB),the paper studies the influence of entrepreneurial models on college students' entrepreneurial intention.The results show that the entrepreneurial model has a significant positive correlation effect on the entrepreneurial intention of college students.
