摘　　要：志愿服务既是高等中医药院校思政教育的有力延伸,又是培养中医药人才的重要环节。在当前时代背景下,由于中医药院校志愿服务缺乏特色性及连续性的志愿服务内容,因此,应依托中医药院校发展特色,构建包括体系支撑、实践协同在内的志愿服务精神培育模式,完善志愿服务人才培育机制。Voluntary service is not only a powerful extension of ideological and political education of colleges and universities of TCM, but also an important part of cultivating TCM talents.In the context of the current era, due to the lack of distinctive and continuous content of voluntary services in colleges and universities of TCM, the development characteristics of colleges and universities of TCM should be relied on to build a cultivation model of volunteer service spirit, including system support and practical collaboration, and to improve the training mechanism of volunteer service talents.
