摘　　要：随着国务院办公厅《关于深化产教融合的若干意见》的颁布,深化产教融合成为推进人才和人力资源供给侧结构性改革的一项非常迫切的任务。"产教融合"不仅是培养数以亿计的高素质、高技术技能人才的有效途径,也是应用型高校转型的突破口。该文通过分析"大众创业,万众创新"背景下大学生职业素养培养存在的主要问题,对学生职业素养培养策略展开探讨,旨在为研究如何促进大学生职业素养培养的有序开展提供一些思路。With the promulgation of the "Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Production and Education"issued by the General Office of the State Council, deepening the integration of production and education has become a very urgent task to promote the structural reform of the supply side of talents and human resources. "Integration of production and education" is not only an effective way to train hundreds of millions of high-quality, high-tech skills,but also a breakthrough in the transformation of applied universities. This paper analyzes the main problems of college students' professional quality education under the "mass entrepreneurship, universal innovation", and discusses the professional quality education strategy of college students under the "mass entrepreneurship, innovation", aiming to study how to promote the professional quality education of college students. Carry out some ideas.
