摘　　要：大学生创新思维和创业能力的培养是新时代高等教育的重要指标,是全面贯彻党的教育方针,落实立德树人根本任务重要目标。这一时代要求与"互联网+"环境的共同作用改变了高校的课程体系设计,开创了新时代大学生创新创业教育的发展,"互联网+"与高校创新创业教育模式的合理化建设成为时代课题。The cultivation of innovative thinking and entrepreneurial ability of college students is an important index of higher education in the new era and an important goal of carrying out the educational policy of the Party and the fundamental task of creating a person by virtue. The common role of the requirements of this era and the "Internet" environment has changed the curriculum system design of colleges and universities, and created the development of innovative entrepreneurship education for college students in a new era. The Internet and the rational construction of innovative entrepreneurship education mode in colleges and universities have become the subject of the times.
