摘　　要：从"毕业生"和"用人单位"的视角综合评价高校毕业生的就业质量,可以较全面地了解毕业生当前的就业现状及其竞争优劣势。其中,毕业生对自身就业质量评价指标包括薪酬水平、就业满意度、所从事工作与专业相关度和离职情况;用人单位对毕业生的评价指标包括用人单位对毕业生的总体评价、对毕业生能力满足度评价和对毕业生竞争优劣势评价。By comprehensively evaluating the employment quality of college graduates from the perspective of 'graduates' and 'employers', the current employment status and competitive advantages and disadvantages of graduates can be fully understood. Among them, the evaluation indexes of graduates’ employment quality include salary level, employment satisfaction, job and professional relevance degree, and dimission. The evaluation indexes of the employers for graduates include the overall evaluation of the employers for the graduates, the evaluation of the graduates’ ability satisfaction and the evaluation of the graduates’ competitive advantages and disadvantages.
