摘　　要：高等教育如何在教学实践中培育学生的创业精神,提升学生的创业能力,是新形势下高校面临的全新挑战。浙江高校处于全国经济发展速度最快的地区,拥有得天独厚的地域文化优势,挖掘浙商文化基因,将校园文化与地域文化相融合,将专业教育与创业能力培养相结合,是促进学生成长成才与高校为社会经济发展贡献力量的有效途径。Advanced education plays a vital role in student’s enterprise spirit and entrepreneurship while how does it work which is a new challenge for colleges and universities. Colleges and universities in ZheJiang where is one of the most prosperous area. They owes unique regional culture, intergrating with ZheJiang business culture. Based on that,colleges and universities in ZheJiang combines culture of schools with regional culture, making full use of professional education and entrepreneurship development which is the effective way of promoting growth of students as well as high schools, makeing contributions to social economy development.
