摘　　要：随着社会经济和科学技术的发展,当今社会对人才需求的类型也在发生着巨大的变化,传统的高等教育模式已经不再适合当今社会的发展需要,所以在教育体制不断的变革下,高等教育教学的管理观念方面也需要进行变革,摒弃单一、老旧的教学模式,加强对学生实践创新能力的培养。Along with the development of social economy, science and technology, the demand for talents type are undergoing tremendous changes. The traditional pattern of higher education is no longer suitable for the social development. So under the constant reform of the education system, the concept of higher education management also needs revisions, abandoning the old teaching mode, strengthening the cultivation of students' practical and innovative abilities.
